Programmes. ’ means a list of education programmes approved and promulgated by the Minister in the Gazette;

Programmes means the structure of the Department comprising of four independent branches;

This may contain details of the Programme to be delivered, including the itinerary, list of participants and other relevant information that the Leader will require to carry out their duties during the Programme. 1.8. “In Country Agent” means the company, individual or enterprise whose role it is to provide the in-country logistics and support for an overseas Programme. 1.9. “Clients” means each and every person participating in the Programme. 1.10. “Term” means the period from the date of this Agreement to the date of completion of Post Programme Report(s) or other such reasonable rescheduled dates as may be agreed in writing between the Parties.
Programmes means any formal credit-bearing degree programme, or stand-alone individual module or unit offered by Higher Education Institutions including certificates, diplomas, and postgraduate programmes of study including Foundation degrees, HNCs, BTECs, Scottish Vocational Qualifications, Level 3 Diplomas, Postgraduate Diplomas, Masters and similar qualifications, but excluding pre-registration occupational therapy credit-bearing degrees.
