Program Policies and Procedures definition

Program Policies and Procedures means the policies, procedures and standards with respect to Borrower Accounts established in connection with the Program (including credit, underwriting, servicing and collection practices, accounting policies (including reserve policies) and practices for charge-offs).
Program Policies and Procedures means any memorandum of understanding or agreement between the Province and the Government of Canada for the purpose of facilitating the adoption of a Program, and all policies, procedures, directions, directives, processes and protocols adopted or issued:
