Program Guide(s) definition

Program Guide(s) means any guide, catalog or other document developed for a Program in which Partner participates during the life of the Agreement that includes information regarding any additional terms, authorizations, benefits or agreements that HPE has designated are available through or required for participation in the Program, the purchase of a Product or Services, or for associated Support.

Program Guide(s) means the Authority's Single Family Homeownership Guidelines as posted on the Authority's website and as supplemented from time to time, which is incorporated by reference into the lender Origination Agreement.

Program Guide(s) means the guides, policies, price lists, and similar written requirements that Sage makes available to Partner on the Partner Hub that include the most current information, policies, pricing, and procedures applicable to the reselling and support of Products and participation in the Business Partner Program.

Examples of Program Guide(s) in a sentence

  • Any such amended Program Appendices and Program Guides will apply from and after the date of renewal of the applicable Program Appendix.

  • Your election to renew a Program Appendix following Red Hat’s notice to you of the amended Program Appendices and Program Guides constitutes your acceptance of such amended Program Appendices and Program Guides.

  • During the Term, Reseller will at all times adhere to any then-current BluBØX Certification Programs and Reseller Program Guides both of which shall be commercially reasonable.

  • Except for the Program Guides, this Agreement can be changed only if both parties who entered into this Agreement sign an amendment.

  • In the event of a conflict between the Partner Terms and Conditions in this Exhibit 1 and any applicable Program Appendix, Program Guide(s), End User License Agreement or any other Program literature, the terms will be interpreted in the following order (1) the applicable Program Appendices, (2) the Partner Terms and Conditions, (3) the End User License Agreement, (4) the Program Guide and (5) any other program literature.

  • If there is a conflict between the Partner Terms and Conditions in this Appendix 1 and any applicable Program Appendix, Program Guide(s), End User License Agreement or any other Program literature, the terms will be interpreted in the following order (1) the applicable Program Appendix, (2) the Partner Terms and Conditions, (3) the End User License Agreement, (4) the Program Guide and (5) any other Program literature.

  • The Participant is not obligated by virtue of its execution hereof to originate Mortgage Loans until it delivers a Reservation Request for one (1) or more particular Mortgage Loans to the Authority, as further provided in this Origination Agreement and the related Program Guides, as applicable.
