Program guidance definition
Program guidance means the guidance prepared and amended from time to time by the Managing Director that describes the Program and the various Program components, including but not limited to the items required herein, which shall be published and maintained in the Corporation’s website.
Program guidance means applicable Loan Participation Program administrative rules, guidance, administrative directives, or procedures that may be established or amended by Commerce.
