Professionals Group definition

Professionals Group means Professionals Group as defined above and all successors to its business or assets that execute and deliver the agreement provided for in this Section 14 or that otherwise become bound by the terms and provisions of this Agreement by operation of law.

  • Professional Persons means all Persons retained by order of the Bankruptcy Court in connection with the Reorganization Cases, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 330 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code, excluding any ordinary course professionals retained pursuant to order of the Bankruptcy Court.
