Professional Services Revenues definition

Professional Services Revenues means the sum of all professional fees actually recorded each month on an accrual basis under GAAP (net of Adjustments) as a result of Dental Services and related services rendered by the shareholders and dental employees of PC.
Professional Services Revenues means the term as defined in Section 8.1.2.
Professional Services Revenues means the sum of (i) all professional fees actually recorded each month on an accrual basis under GAAP (net of Adjustments) as a result of Medical Services and related health care services rendered by Physicians, Optometrists and Designated Allied Health Professionals, whether rendered in an outpatient or inpatient setting, which fees shall include any revenue relating to the sale of prescription and non-prescription eyewear, contact lenses and other related optical products as well as customary professional fees for the fitting of contact lenses, and (ii) Professional Services Capitation allocated to Professional Service Revenues.

  • The term "Principal Services" shall mean all ------------------ services performed by or on behalf of Practice which generate Professional Services Revenues or Ancillary Revenues.

Except as may be otherwise provided herein, Professional Services Revenues shall in no event include revenues derived from the Non-Ophthalmic Business.

Related to Professional Services Revenues

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Professional service means a type of personal service to the public that requires that the provider obtain a license or other legal authorization as a condition precedent to providing that service. Professional service includes, but is not limited to, services provided by a certified or other public accountant, chiropractor, dentist, optometrist, veterinarian, osteopathic physician, physician, surgeon, podiatrist, chiropodist, physician's assistant, architect, professional engineer, land surveyor, or attorney-at-law.

  • Professional Services Agreement means the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C and all written statements of work signed by Licensee and related thereto.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Legal Services means services of a legal or financial nature and includes any part of such services, and for the avoidance of doubt, includes (without limitation):-

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;
