Professional Review Body definition

Professional Review Body means the Governing Body, Medical Executive Committee, Credentials Committee, Peer Review Committee, any Hearing or Appellate Review Committee, any subcommittee or member of the forgoing, and any other committee or entity which, or individual who, conducts or assists the Medical Center in the performance of any Professional Review Activity and/or otherwise participates in a Professional Review Action.
Professional Review Body means the Corporation and the Board or any committee of the Corporation or any committee of the Medical Staff which conducts review of proposed corrective actions, and includes any committee of the Medical Staff or the Hospital when assisting the Board in a review of any proposed corrective action.
Professional Review Body means the Board of the hospital or any Board committee which conducts professional peer review activity and includes any committee of the Medical Staff when assisting the Board in a professional peer review activity.
