Professional Competitions definition

Professional Competitions means such professional competitions to which this Regulation 22 is expressly stated to apply.
Professional Competitions means European Professional Club Rugby, United Rugby Championship, Intercontinental Rugby, and the Xxxxxx Cup Competitions or any similar competition sanctioned by SARU and classified as a professional competition by agreement between the Members of SAREO from time to time.

Examples of Professional Competitions in a sentence

  • All international Professional Competitions and Championships must be judged by Professional Adjudicators.

  • If a Company uses a Competition as part of the participation it must meet the requirements for Healthcare Professional Competitions in clause 9.8. Any provision of a ‘gift’ to a Healthcare Professional runs the risk of being perceived by the general public as an inducement; however provision of an item that benefits patients or serves a genuine educational purpose may be appropriate.

  • Entry EligibilityOnly competitive Couples eligible to enter Professional Competitions or Championships for the Country of the Member Organisation, under whose jurisdiction they come, shall be permitted to enter international Professional Competitions or Championships.

  • A Player registered with the Association to play for a Club with teams participating in both Professional Competitions and Amateur Competitions shall only be eligible to play for the Club in Professional Competitions during a Playing Season if that Player was first registered with the Association to play for the Club during one of the Professional Registration Periods applicable to that Playing Season.

  • No Professional who is still competing shall be permitted to Adjudicate international Professional Competitions or Championships.

Related to Professional Competitions

  • Competitions means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize. A Competition may be comprised of one or more qualification phase/sections, runs or heats, including official training sessions.   • Professional Technologist means a person holding registration as Professional Engineering Technologist in terms of the Engineering Profession Act, 2000.

  • Non-Competition Period means the period beginning at the end of the Term and ending one (1) year after the end of the Term.

  • Competent and reliable scientific evidence means tests, analyses, research, studies, or other evidence based on the expertise of professionals in the relevant area, that has been conducted and evaluated in an objective manner by persons qualified to do so, using procedures generally accepted in the profession to yield accurate and reliable results.

  • Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Community Developmental Disability Program (CDDP means an entity that is responsible for planning and delivery of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in a specific geographic service area of the state operated by or under a contract with the Division or a local mental health authority.

  • Consulting physician means a physician who is qualified by specialty or experience to make a professional diagnosis and prognosis regarding the patient's disease.

  • Competition Laws means any federal, state, foreign, multinational or supranational antitrust, competition or trade regulation statutes, rules, regulations, orders, decrees, administrative and judicial doctrines and other laws that are designed or intended to prohibit, restrict or regulate actions or transactions having the purpose or effect of monopolization or restraint of trade or lessening of competition through merger or acquisition or effectuating foreign investment.

All Confidential Information and all Employee Developments shall remain the sole property of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The Employee shall acquire no proprietary interest in any Confidential Information or Employee Developments developed or acquired during the Term. To the extent the Employee may, by operation of law or otherwise, acquire any right, title or interest in or to any Confidential Information or Employee Development, the Employee hereby assigns to the Company all such proprietary rights. The Employee shall, both during and after the Term, upon the Company’s request, promptly execute and deliver to the Company all such assignments, certificates and instruments, and shall promptly perform such other acts, as the Company may from time to time in its discretion deem necessary or desirable to evidence, establish, maintain, perfect, enforce or defend the Company’s rights in Confidential Information and Employee Developments.

  • Competitive contracting means the method described in sections 45 through 49 of P.L.1999, c.440 (C.18A:18A-4.1 through C.18A:18A-4.5) of contracting for specialized goods and services in which formal proposals are solicited from vendors; formal proposals are evaluated by the purchasing agent or counsel or School Business Administrator; and the Board awards a contract to a vendor or vendors from among the formal proposals received.
