Products/Services definition

Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by RBL Bank and Alliance Partner.

Products/Services means the delivery of SERIAL-PRODUCTS and/or CUSTOMIZED- PRODUCTS as well as the provision of SERVICES.

Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

Examples of Products/Services in a sentence

• Responses shall be considered only from Offerors that have established good reputations in their markets, and who furnish satisfactory evidence of ability to supply the Products/Services specified herein.

• The intent of the specifications herein is to provide Offeror with sufficient information concerning the Products/Services to be contracted such that Offeror can prepare and submit an acceptable Response.

• Upon execution of an assignment, Buyer shall have no further rights or obligations with respect to the assigned services (with the exception of any unpaid service fees which remain due on the effective date of such assignment) and the divested entity shall become the “customer” of record for those assigned Products/Services.

• Any of the following shall constitute Seller’s unqualified acceptance of this Order and these terms and conditions: (a) acknowledgment of this Order; (b) furnishing of any part of the Products and/or Services under this Order; (c) acceptance of any payment for the Products/Services under this Order; or (d) commencement of performance under this Order.

• Where Buyer learns of or has reason to know of any violation of FCPA and/or or UKBA in connection with the sale or distribution of Products/Services, Buyer shall immediately advise Seller.

More Definitions of Products/Services

Products/Services means the products offered by the Alliance Partner at its stores.

Products/Services means the goods/benefits/facilities offered by RBL Bank and its partners.

Products/Services means the Bank’s products and services offered to consumers in conjunction with FFAM or its affiliates.
