Products of the Business definition

Products of the Business means those products or systems of the Business existing as of the Effective Date which are listed in Exhibit C hereto and defined by their product-level or system-level designs described in the referenced J-Drawings.
Products of the Business means the products manufactured and/or sold by the Business set forth on Schedule 1.1(g).
Products of the Business shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Intellectual Property Agreement.
