Products and Materials. All products, merchandise and other materials, in any format now or hereafter known, bearing or incorporating any of the Licensed Trademarks, which identify or promote the Rio Secco Golf Course, or goods or services offered thereby or in connection therewith, including goods, packaging, labeling, point-of-sale materials, websites, social media pages, trade show displays, sales materials and advertising.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers.   • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Product Know-How means all the know how, trade secrets, expertise, inventions, discoveries, technical information and other unpatented information related solely and specifically to the Product, that is owned or controlled by Seller or its Affiliates and used in the Territory, including, but not limited to, all information presently used by the Seller to make, have made, use or sell the Product.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Contract Material means all material created or required to be developed or created as part of, or for the purpose of performing, the Services, including documents, equipment, information and data stored by any means.

  • Business Products means all products and services developed (including products and services for which development is ongoing), manufactured, made commercially available, marketed, distributed, sold, provided, imported for resale or licensed out by or on behalf of the Business or a Company since its inception.
