Product Trade Dress definition

Product Trade Dress means the current trade dress of a Product, including but not limited to, Product packaging, and the lettering of the Product trade name or brand name.
Product Trade Dress means the trade dress, package designs, labels, logos and associated artwork and all the goodwill related thereto owned by, licensed to or otherwise held by Reliant that are used exclusively in connection with the Product or the packaging therefore, but specifically excluding all Reliant Brands and all variations and derivatives of such Reliant Brands.
Product Trade Dress means the trade dress set forth on Schedule 1.1(j) hereto, but specifically excluding all Seller Brands used thereon with the exception of the Product Xxxx.

  • Licensee shall own and retain all rights to the Product Trademark and Product Trade Dress (in each case, together with all goodwill associated therewith).

  • In the event either Party becomes aware of any actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of the Oral Solution Xxxx or Product Trade Dress by a third party in the Territory, such Party shall promptly notify the other Party and the Parties shall consult with each other in good faith to determine jointly the best way to prevent such infringement, including, without limitation, by the institution of legal proceedings against such third party.


More Definitions of Product Trade Dress

Product Trade Dress means, collectively, the current trade dress of each of the Products, including, but not limited to, product packaging associated with the sale of the Products in the U.S., but excluding the Access Trade Dress.
Product Trade Dress means any trade dress used in relation to the Product at or prior to the Signing Date.
