Product Recall Expense means the reasonable and necessary costs incurred during the 12 month period commencing on the first day such costs are incurred by reason of a "Covered Incident", if such costs are incurred exclusively for the recall, removal, recovery of possession or control, or disposal of "Your Product"(s).
