Product Quotation definition

Product Quotation means a written quotation from Cadence (or one of its affiliates) to Customer identifying the Licensed Materials, Initial Configuration, quantity, charges, Term of Use and other information relevant to a specific transaction which Cadence is quoting to Customer. Each Product Quotation will be included as an attachment to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference.

Examples of Product Quotation in a sentence

  • This Attachment is a Product Quotation as defined in the Agreement.

  • Such Fees shall be remitted so that they are received by Cadence by the dates and in the amounts set forth in the Product Quotation and, except as expressly provided herein, are non-refundable.

  • In addition, in the event Customer fails to pay any Fees due under a Product Quotation, Cadence may delay delivery of any License Key until Customer pays such past due amounts.
