Product Publication means any public publication (including in abstracts, scientific posters, and other similar public presentations) that incorporates or otherwise discloses any Information (a) contained in any Regulatory Documentation relating primarily to a Compound, Licensed Product or Reserved Product, or (b) related directly to the Exploitation of any Compound, Licensed Product or Reserved Product, including any study data relating to such products, in each case, ((a) or (b)), whether such Information relates to activities conducted prior to, on, or following the Effective Date.
