Product Marking. LICENSEE agrees to xxxx the LICENSED PRODUCTs sold in the United States with all applicable United States patent numbers. All LICENSED PRODUCTs shipped to or sold in other countries shall be marked in such a manner as to conform with the patent laws and practices of the country of manufacture or sale.
Product Marking. To the extent permitted under Laws, the packaging, promotional materials, package inserts, and labeling for Products will bear both the Takeda name and Takeda logo and the Orexigen name and Orexigen Logo, and such names and logos will be presented in a manner agreed to by the Parties. Orexigen will be responsible for registering and policing the Orexigen Logo in order to enable Takeda to appropriately mark any packaging with the Orexigen Logo, to the extent permitted or required by Laws. Except as set forth in this Section 3.8 and Sections 6.1.2 and 6.1.3, no right or license, express or implied, is granted to Takeda to use any trademark, trade name, trade dress, or service mark Controlled by Orexigen or any of its Affiliates. No right or license, express or implied, is granted to Orexigen under this Agreement to use any trademark, trade name, trade dress or service mark Controlled by Takeda or any of its Affiliates.
Product Marking. LICENSEE agrees to xxxx, and to require Affiliates to xxxx, Products with the appropriate patent notice as approved by MICHIGAN (when appropriate), such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
Product Marking. Company acknowledges that LS's Hardware will contain both LS's Trademark Notice, denoting LS's exclusive right, title and interest in and a notice of property ownership. Company agrees that it shall not remove, destroy, alter or cover up LS's Trademark Notice or property notice, nor counsel, procure or assist anyone else to do the same. - Company has the right to use LS's Trademark for the following purposes: - Promotional material - Advertising activities - Product placement opportunities - Presentation materials - Company will review all proposed uses of the Trademark with Nitar/LS prior to commencement of the above activities.

Where required by law, MSP shall place a legend or notice (a) on each Licensed Instrument manufactured by or for MSP identifying that such Licensed Instrument is covered by The Licensed Patents and (b) on sales brochures regarding the Licensed Service and the reports providing the results of the Licensed Service.
Product Marking. Licensed Products and/or Licensed Services --------------- manufactured, delivered or sold by Licensee will be marked by Licensee in conformance with the patent and copyright laws of the countries of manufacture, use and sale.

Licensee shall prominently xxxx each Licensed Product sold, leased, distributed or otherwise transferred and shall cause all licenses, contracts and agreements with other parties for the sale, lease, distribution, use or other disposition of Licensed Products to contain a provision requiring, if feasible in Licensee's reasonable opinion, such other parties to prominently xxxx each Licensed Product with a suitable legend identifying the Licensed Product as being a product which incorporates NCT Hearing's technology for the reduction of noise by electronic means and including the words: "with NCT Hearing Technology". If, in Licensee's reasonable opinion, the Licensed Product is too small to have such a legend placed on it, Licensee will use all reasonable efforts to have such a legend placed on the software and/or packaging accompanying the Licensed Product.
Product Marking. Licensee agrees to xxxx the Licensed Products or their packaging sold in the United States with all applicable U.S. patent numbers and similarly to indicate “Patent Pending” status. All Licensed Products manufactured in, shipped to, or sold in other countries shall be marked in such a manner as to preserve Institute patent rights in such countries.

Licensee shall prominently xxxx each Licensed Product sold, leased, distributed or otherwise transferred and shall cause all licenses, contracts and agreements with other parties for the sale, lease, distribution, use or other disposition of Licensed Products to contain a provision requiring, if feasible, such other parties to prominently xxxx each Licensed Product with a suitable legend identifying the Licensed Product as being a product which incorporates NCT's flat panel transducer technology and including such words and logos as NCT may reasonably request. If the Licensed Product is too small to have such a legend placed on it, Licensee will use all reasonable efforts to have such a legend placed on the software and/or packaging.
Product Marking a. TTL will mark xx Licensed Products (or containers) each patent number applicable thereto upon being advised thereof by ElectroMagnetion(TM) Owners. During the patent application period, TTL shall mark xx Licensed Products "patent pending."
