Product IP Royalty Term definition

Product IP Royalty Term means, with respect to a Covered Product and a country, the period of time beginning with the First Commercial Sale of such Covered Product in such country and continuing until the earlier of (a) the expiration of the last Valid Claim of the Product Patent Rights Covering the manufacture, use or sale of such Covered Product in such country, and (b) the first day of the Calendar Year following a Calendar Year in which there is a Loss of Market Exclusivity in such country.

Examples of Product IP Royalty Term in a sentence
