Product Invoice definition

Product Invoice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.
Product Invoice. - means a document provided to PBMS for the equipment and materials, including but not limited to: PCS handsets, accessories, and collateral material, as may be shipped to PBMS or PBMS' Customers by CellStar hereunder. An example of the Product Invoice is included in Exhibit E.
Product Invoice means the invoice supplied by the Company to the Customer in respect of the underlying products purchased under the Product Sale Agreement.

  • processed products means goods placed under a processing procedure which have undergone processing operations;

  • Product Labeling means, with respect to a Licensed Product in a country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, (a) the Regulatory Authority-approved full prescribing information for such Licensed Product for such country or other jurisdiction, including any required patient information, and (b) all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a container, wrapper, or any package insert utilized with or for such Licensed Product in such country or other jurisdiction.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.
