Product Invoice definition

Product Invoice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.
Product Invoice means the invoice supplied by the Company to the Customer in respect of the underlying products purchased under the Product Sale Agreement.
Product Invoice means an invoice for the Product delivered. Receiving Vessel: means the vessel(s) specified as such in the Transaction Documents, or such other discharge location as agreed in the Transaction Documents. Seller: means the person specified as such in the Transaction Documents.

Examples of Product Invoice in a sentence

  • Sylvamo shall initiate payment via Automatic Clearing House (“ACH”) of undisputed amounts on each such Product Invoice within one (1) day after Sylvamo’s receipt thereof (or the next Business Day following such date, if such date is not a Business Day); provided that Sylvamo receives such invoice prior to noon.

  • Each Product Invoice will show the quantity of each Product delivered and the Contract Price per metric ton of Product so delivered and include any applicable Buyer Taxes required by Applicable Law to be collected by Seller.

  • Furthermore, to the extent any discounts or allowances are applied to the total invoice price for any reason by HyperSpace, the HyperSpace Product Invoice Price shall be adjusted downward by the same percentage as the total invoice price is reduced by such discounts or allowances.

  • Fees for Products or Services may be combined on one invoice and the resulting invoice is then considered both a Product Invoice and a Service Invoice.

  • In any given Contract Period, Sales Commission percentages shall be determined on a variable rate structure based upon payment-in-full of the entire HyperSpace Product Invoice Price for sales of HyperSpace Products to End Users during such Contract Period.

  • If any Product not accepted by the Customer more than one month after the Delivery Date a monthly storage fee will be charged equal to the greater of $500 or 1% of the Product Invoice total.

Product Invoice. - means a document provided to PBMS for the equipment and materials, including but not limited to: PCS handsets, accessories, and collateral material, as may be shipped to PBMS or PBMS' Customers by CellStar hereunder. An example of the Product Invoice is included in Exhibit E.

Related to Product Invoice

  • Valid Invoice means an invoice containing the detailed information set out in clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Product Inventory means all inventory owned as of the Closing by Seller or any Affiliate thereof of finished Product that is in conformance with the Specifications and has an expiration date of October 1, 2016 or later, regardless of whether such inventory is held at a location or facility of Seller or any Affiliate (or of any other Person on behalf of Seller or any Affiliate, including in any of Seller’s warehouses, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or consignees) or in transit to or from Seller or any Affiliate (or any such other Person).

  • Finished Product means the final packaged product intended for human consumption;

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;
