Sylvamo shall initiate payment via Automatic Clearing House (“ACH”) of undisputed amounts on each such Product Invoice within one (1) day after Sylvamo’s receipt thereof (or the next Business Day following such date, if such date is not a Business Day); provided that Sylvamo receives such invoice prior to noon.
