Product D definition

Product D means [***] Future Product [***].
Product D means pharmaceutical preparations for the treatment and/or prevention in humans of hepatitis C containing conjugates of Interferon Alpha 2b and PSA as their active ingredient;
Product D means a Vaccine for the prevention and/or treatment of secondary progressive multiple sclerosis in humans which is comprised of Liposomal MBP Epitopes;

Examples of Product D in a sentence

  • In the event that King so elects to be relieved of such covenant, Acura shall no longer be required to offer King the Future Products Option with respect to Product C or Product D, as applicable.

  • In the event the Proof of Concept is successful for Product C and/or Product D, then King shall either (i) exercise its Future Products Option with respect to Product C and/or Product D pursuant to Section 2.1 or (ii) pay Acura Development Expenses relating to Product C and/or Product D as the case may be.

  • Party A shall not assign the AES Agreement without simultaneously assigning this Agreement to the same party in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.5 of the Product D Master Agreement.

  • For greater certainty JDS as customer may purchase any or all of its WDM Product D requirements for Fiber Amps from third parties and all such activities shall be deemed to be completely outside the scope of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding any term to the contrary, for sales of WDM Product D to JDS as customer for its use in fiber amplifiers (Fiber Amps ), OCLI's share of Profits shall be as follows: 5% during Fiscal Year 1999; 7.5% during Fiscal Year 2000; 10% during Fiscal Year 2001; 12.5% during Fiscal Year 2002; and 15% thereafter.

  • Unless otherwise determined by a court or other body of appropriate jurisdiction, this Product D Master Agreement amends and supercedes that certain Master Power Purchase and Sale Agreement dated February 16, 2001 (the "Prior Agreement") by and between the Parties.
