Product Authorization Requirements definition

Product Authorization Requirements means the requirements to ensure that Avaya Resellers, distributors and service providers have the capabilities to successfully sell, configure, design, install and support Products, and are defined for each Product in various areas, such as, without limitation, specific knowledge of Products or technologies, customer support capability (including an inventory of a minimum amount of critical spare parts), sales capability, implementation, installation and maintenance capability, and End User training.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

Use, duplication, or disclosure of any Deliverables by the U.S. Government is subject to the restrictions in FAR 52.227-14 (Dec 2007) Alternate III (Dec 2007), FAR 52.227-19 (Dec 2007), or DFARS 252.227-7013(b)(3) (Nov 1995), or applicable successor clauses.

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law means all Requirements of Law derived from or relating to foreign, federal, state and local laws or regulations relating to or addressing pollution or protection of the environment, or protection of worker health or safety, including, but not limited to, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq., and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq., in each case including any amendments thereto, any successor statutes, and any regulations or guidance promulgated thereunder, and any state or local equivalent thereof.

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, notifications, authorizations, orders, exemptions, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by, submitted to or filed with any Regulatory Agencies, including all Product Authorizations.

  • Authority Requirements means the operational requirements, functions and characteristics of the Framework set out in Schedule 1 (Statement of Requirements)

  • Reporting Requirements As defined in Section 11.15.

  • Privacy Requirements means all applicable Privacy Laws and all of the Acquired Companies’ policies, notices, and contractual obligations relating to the receipt, collection, compilation, use, storage, processing, sharing, safeguarding, security (technical, physical and administrative), disposal, destruction, disclosure, or transfer (including cross-border) of Personal Information.

  • Sell Authorization means that Distributor needs to meet specific training and qualification requirements for each product included in an “On Premise” Product Family that Distributor wants to resell as set out in detail in the Distributor Program Guide and the applicable RSPI.

  • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.
