Product Annex definition

Product Annex means, with respect to a specific Product, additional or modified terms and conditions as set forth in Exhibit A, inclusive of but not limited to those that may apply to any Third Party Hardware or Third Party Software, unique to such Product.

More Definitions of Product Annex

In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data.   • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • CMSA Bond Level File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Bond Level File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Microsoft Products and Professional Services available through volume licensing. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.
