Product Advertising definition

Product Advertising means any statement or claim made by the Seller with respect to the therapeutic use, indication, safety or efficacy of the Products in connection with the promotion, marketing, or branding of the Products through any media, including but not limited to print, radio, or television advertising, social media or other internet-based platform or made on Product packaging and displays. Product Advertising means written or electronic advertising, marketing, packaging, promotion or selling of the Licensed Products as permitted by this Agreement, in any media whatsoever, now existing or arising in the future.
Product Advertising shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.
