Product Accessories definition

Product Accessories means accessories that have been incorporated or will be incorporated into the Product during development or otherwise or which are otherwise useful or necessary to obtain a minimally viable marketable product, including but not necessarily limited to a ruggedized pump case, housing and mounting options, and other accessories.

  • To this end, the Parties shall develop mutually agreeable Specifications for the Product based on the parameters as set forth in the Development Plan (attached to this Agreement and included herein as Exhibit A) and Product Accessories checklist (attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B) and pursuant to the results of activities undertaken during the course of the Development Program.
