Producer State-Specific Adversary Proceedings definition

Producer State-Specific Adversary Proceedings means the declaratory judgment actions filed in the Bankruptcy Court by certain Producers to adjudicate the threshold questions of law related to lien or trust statutes alleged to be applicable in the Active States, Colorado, Missouri, and North Dakota.
