Produce stand means a portable structure used for the sale of locally grown agricultural or horticultural products.

Produce stand means a food facility that sells, offers for sale, or gives away only produce and/or shell eggs and may include up to 10% of the total square footage of prepackaged, non-potentially hazardous food products.
