Prodigy definition

Prodigy means Prodigy Communications Limited Partnership, and any reference to Prodigy Communications Corporation or Prodigy Internet Services, Inc.
Prodigy shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble. -------

  • Each of Prodigy and Operating Partnership agrees that it shall not enter into any exclusive contracts with Third Parties for the provision of Network Services following the Closing.

  • No extra work or deviations to the work, unless authorized by Prodigy Contracting Group, Inc.

  • In addition, to the extent SBC develops any product or service at its own expense that would be useful for the Prodigy Service, SBC shall make such product or service available to Prodigy and Operating Partnership, on commercially reasonable terms not later than the time it makes such product or service available for resale by any Third Party.

  • Each of Prodigy, Operating Partnership and SBC, where required, shall comply with applicable GSP legal requirements.
