Procurement Process Assistance means the assistance set out in Part 3 of the Exit Schedule and such other advice, assistance and information and actions as reasonably requested by the Customer to enable the Customer to seek offers or tenders for the provision of services (including the Contract Services and the requirements described in the Requirements Description Schedule);
