Procurement Fees the sum payable by Hefei OCT Industry to Yilifang Technology pursuant to the Procurement Framework Agreement “Procurement Framework Agreement” the Konka products procurement framework agreement dated 11 August 2022 entered into between Hefei OCT Industry and Yilifang Technology in relation to Hefei OCT Industry engaging Yilifang Technology to provide Konka products procurement services for the Hefei Airport International Town Project “RMB” Renminbi, the lawful currency of the PRC “Share(s)” the share(s) of the Company “Shareholder(s)” the shareholders of the Company
Procurement Fees means the fees to be paid by Osteotech to MTF pursuant to Section 2.1.7 hereof with respect to Osteotech Tissue.

  • All costs associated with Certified Products for the Transferred ▇▇▇▇▇ (including but not limited to landowner premiums, audit expenses, and fees to certifying agencies) shall be paid by IP and charged back to Sylvamo as part of the Monthly Procurement Fees (net of any FSC credits).

  • With respect to each month, the aggregate monthly value of the Product Procurement Fees (the “Aggregate Monthly Purchased Products Fee”) shall be calculated pursuant to Schedule C and shall be due and payable from the Company to ▇▇▇▇ as specified in Schedule C.

  • Such report will also include the amount of the Patent Procurement Fees, the Institution Pre- Effective Date Patent Procurement Fees, the Administration Fee, the Net Revenue, the amount of the Net Revenue allocable to STC and the Institution for such period, and such other information reasonably necessary to accurately account for the income and expenses of STC related to the Invention and the Patent Rights.

  • The Procurement Fees shall not be higher than the quotation offered by Independent Third Party.

  • The Procurement Fees are to be agreed after arm’s length negotiations between parties with reference to the centralized procurement price confirmed by Hefei OCT Industry, quotation offered by Independent Third Party for the same or highly similar products concerned, the timing, engineering progress and other specific procurement requirements of Hefei OCT Industry.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing: (i) amounts allocated under an Option Agreement or a Sublicense Agreement as reimbursement for Institution’s Pre-Effective Date Patent Procurement Fees shall be distributed one hundred percent (100%) to Institution; and, (ii) amounts allocated under an Option Agreement or a Sublicense Agreement to Patent Procurement Fees incurred after the Effective Date shall be distributed to the Party ultimately responsible for payment of such fees under this Agreement.

  • As of the Effective Date, Institution’s Pre Effective Date Patent Procurement Fees are $0.

Related to Procurement Fees

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Management Fees means any amounts payable by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary in respect of management or similar services.

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Risk Management Fee means a value expressed in percentage per year, which forms the risk premium for the Issuer. The Initial Risk Management Fee for the First Trade Date is specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. The Calculation Agent adjusts the Risk Management Fee on each Adjustment Date acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith to the current market circumstances so that the ratio of the Risk Management Fee to the relevant market parameters (especially volatility of the Underlying, liquidity of the Underlying, hedging costs and lending costs (if any)) remains substantially unchanged. The adjusted Risk Management Fee is valid during the period of the respective Adjustment Date (excluding) to the immediately following Adjustment Date (including). The Calculation Agent shall after its specification notify the valid Risk Management Fee in each case pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions.

  • Impact Fees means those fees imposed so that developments bear a proportionate share of the cost of public facilities and service improvements that are reasonably related to the impacts and burdens of the Project, adopted pursuant to Morgan Hill Municipal Code Chapter 3.56 and California Government Code Section 66001 et seq.
