Process Services definition

Process Services means those research and development services performed by Baxter to optimize the manufacturing process related to Client’s process to Produce Product. Process Services activities shall be identified in the Development Plan.
Process Services or “Services” shall mean those development, manufacturing, optimizing, and/or testing processes performed by Ology Bio. Process Services activities shall be identified in each applicable Project Addendum.

Related to Process Services

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.
