Process Modification definition

Process Modification means a change related to the Exploitation of a Licensed Immunotherapeutic that is intended to enhance JBI’s ability to effectively Exploit the Licensed Immunotherapeutic but that does not constitute either a Base Strain Modification or an Antigen Change. Examples of a Process Modification would include Modifications that improve Licensed Immunotherapeutic stability, delivery, packaging, storage, shelf life, dosage or other similar matters.
Process Modification means a change related to the Exploitation of a GVAX Licensed Therapeutic that is intended to enhance JBI’s ability to effectively Exploit such GVAX Licensed Therapeutic. Examples of a Process Modification would include Modifications that improve GVAX Licensed Therapeutic stability, delivery, packaging, storage, shelf life, dosage or other similar matters.
Process Modification means a material change to the Scope or Program that is identified by Diosynth, but which is not necessary for the successful completion of the Program pursuant to the Scope. The definition of Process Modification shall include, but not be limited to, any Process Improvements Diosynth desires to implement during the course of the Program and any changes to analytical methods applied to the Program.

Examples of Process Modification in a sentence

  • Available system upgrades shall be communicated and offered through the life of this Contract as described in Section 1.5 D (State Certification Process, Modification Requirements).

  • If additional drafts of a report are required before acceptance of a Final Report, the State will provide comments on each such Draft Business Process Modification Recommendations Report within fifteen business days of receipt.

  • If the Change Order proposed pursuant to Section 3.1 is a Process Modification Request or if the Change Order is a Neose Requested Change Order and Neose does not approve such Change Order, Diosynth shall continue the work on the Program without regard to the unapproved Change Order.

Related to Process Modification

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

  • Major modification means any physical change in or change in the method of operation of a major stationary source that would result in a significant emissions increase of a regulated NSR pollutant and a significant net emissions increase of that pollutant from the major stationary source.

  • Minor modification means a modification that does not significantly alter the nongovernmental function or purpose of the software or is of the type customarily provided in the commercial marketplace.

  • Permit modification means a revision to a Title V operating permit that cannot be accomplished under the provisions for administrative permit amendments found at rule 567—22.111(455B). A permit modification for purposes of the acid rain portion of the permit shall be governed by the regulations pertaining to acid rain found at rules 567—22.120(455B) to 567—22.147(455B). This definition of “permit modification” shall be used solely for purposes of this chapter governing Title V operating permits.

  • Required Modification shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.1 of the Facility Lease.
