Process Design Package definition

Process Design Package means a compilation of text, figures, drawings and documentation, relating to the design and construction of a Licensed Plant, in the form as attached to the Site License Agreement and which may be modified from time to time by mutual consent of the Parties.

Process Design Package means the following list of text, figures, drawings and documentation relating to the design and construction of the Licensed Plant:
