PROCEEDS FROM CLAIMS means any and all proceeds (including without limitation, judgments, restitution, damages, awards, sale of claims and the like) received by any Person and arising from any litigation, arbitration, mediation, administrative hearing or other proceeding in any form of any kind to resolve any claim or dispute in any forum whatsoever.
