Probe Services means electrical testing of individual semiconductor wafers on a substrate.
Probe Services means electrical testing of individual semiconductor wafers on a substrate. 1.15 "PROCESS TECHNOLOGY" means the systematic techniques, methods, or approaches used to manufacture, or test semiconductor chips or assemblies. 1.16 "PRODUCTION WAFERS" means Wafers manufactured by Supplier after successful qualification and approval for mass production. 1.17 "PURCHASE ORDER" means a written order for the purchase of a specified quantity of Wafers or Services submitted by Buyer to Supplier. 1.18 "QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS" means the Wafer quality standards and criteria set forth in Exhibit B, as may they be modified by written agreement of the Parties from time to time. 1.19 "RISK PRODUCTION" means Wafers specifically identified by Buyer in a Purchase Order as "Risk Production" that are to be manufactured by Supplier pursuant to Buyer's Specifications, but for which compliance with the Quality Specifications is specifically waived. "Risk Production" may include the following: unverified mask sets, unverified process changes, no supporting qualification data, and known design rule violations. 1.20 "SERVICES" means Final Test Services, Post Probe Processing Services, Probe Services, or such other services described in this Supply Agreement, as applicable. 1.21 "SPECIFICATIONS" means the technical specifications for the Wafers mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties, as they may be modified from time to time upon written agreement of the Parties. 2. <PAGE> 1.22 "SUPPLIER FAB" means the Newbury Park Wafer fabrication facility or other fabrication facilities owned or operated by Supplier. 1.23 "WAFERS" means semiconductor wafers to be processed by Supplier including Engineering Wafers, Production Wafers, Pizza Mask Wafers, and Risk Production.

Examples of Probe Services in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the receipt of a Purchase Order, Company will not commence performance of Probe Services under a Purchase Order until Conexant has issued a Purchase Order Release.

  • Each Purchase Order Release for Probe Services will specify the applicable Purchase Order, applicable wafers provided by Conexant, testers to be used, price, delivery date, ship-to address, and other applicable information as determined by Conexant.

  • Probe Services to be provided under this Supply Agreement shall be limited to Probe Services in conjunction with Wafer production, and do not include Engineering Probe or Probe Card Services, which are subject to the separate Transition Services Agreement between the Parties.

  • For other Wafers provided by Company, the Parties will agree upon whether the Basic Price will include Probe Services.

  • Company may also provide Probe Services for Wafers from other sources provided by Conexant, subject to agreement by the Parties on terms and conditions for such Probe Services.

  • Upon receipt of an applicable Purchase Order Release (as described in Section 3.3(b) (Purchase Order Releases) below), Company shall produce Wafers and provide Probe Services for Conexant.

  • Company shall provide Probe Services for all Wafers produced for Conexant by the Company that are included in the Wafer Volume Commitment, at no additional charge.

  • Probe Services may be provided using testers owned by Company or Conexant, as specified by Conexant in the applicable Purchase Order.

  • If Conexant’s demand exceeds the Company’s Probe Services capacity in Newport Beach, Conexant shall offer any available Probe Services capacity to Company at a Conexant facility and assure this capacity is offered at the same cost or less then the cost that would have been incurred by Company had the Probe Services been performed at the Company.

  • The additional Wafers shall be ordered as fab-only Wafers by Skyworks without Probe Services.

Related to Probe Services

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.
