Probationary Firefighter definition

Probationary Firefighter means a Firefighter in their first twelve(12) months of service for the Township of Zorra fire department that are subject to certain restrictions and evaluations at the discretion of the Fire Chief. Added by By-law No. 46-19
Probationary Firefighter means a Firefighter who has not completed the probationary period prescribed in Article 15 of this Agreement.
Probationary Firefighter means any employee who is not a permanent employee. All Firefighters shall remain in probationary status for one (1) year from their appointment date, subject to Civil Service laws, rules and regulations.
