Pro Rata Bonus definition

Pro Rata Bonus means an amount equal to the Bonus Amount multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days in the fiscal year through the Termination Date and the denominator of which is 365.
Pro Rata Bonus means an amount equal to 100% of the Target Bonus that the Executive would have been eligible to receive for the Company’s fiscal year in which the Executive’s employment terminates following a Change in Control, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such fiscal year through the Termination Date and the denominator of which is 365.

Pro Rata Bonus means a payment equal to the Incentive Bonus that Executive would have earned for the year of termination, based upon actual results of the Employer and pro rated on a per diem basis (by dividing the number of days employed during the applicable performance period by the total number of days in the applicable performance period).
