Privilege Fee definition

Privilege Fee means the fee paid to the Aviation Authority for the granting by the Aviation Authority of a franchise to engage in the business of operating the Concession within facilities operated and controlled by the Aviation Authority, which right is an intrinsically valuable intangible personal property interest, and is separate and distinct from any right or interest in the real property owned by the Aviation Authority.
Privilege Fee means the monthly payment made by Contractor to the Authority as set forth in the Contract, for Contractor’s privilege of acting as the semi-exclusive provider of taxicab services to the Airport, subject to the exceptions stated therein.
Privilege Fee means the fee paid to the Authority, as further defined in Article 5.A, for the granting by the Authority of a franchise to engage in the business of operating the Travel Plaza Facility within property operated and controlled by the Authority, which right is an intrinsically valuable intangible personal property interest, and is separate and distinct from any right or interest in the real property owned by the Authority.
