Private Sewer Line definition

Private Sewer Line also known as a Sewer Line, shall mean a sewer line being constructed by a Developer in accordance with the Design Criteria for Wastewater Collection Systems within the property limits of the land being improved by a Developer that will be privately operated and maintained.
Private Sewer Line means any sewer service line, equipment, or facilities for the disposal of wastewater installed or located on any premises and/or within the street right-of-way that transports wastewater from the premises to the public sewer, including any structure or facility that exists on the premises.
Private Sewer Line means a pipeline or conduit carrying wastewater from a service connection to a community sewer line or treatment works;

Private Sewer Line means a pipeline or conduit carrying domestic wastewater from a single-family home or duplex, a single industrial establishment, a single institution, or a single commercial establishment to a treatment system, disposal system, or community sewer; "private sewer line" does not include the pipeline or conduit carrying domestic wastewater from a trailer park, a mobile home park, or a multi-family dwelling;
