private sewer means a pipe or pipes which drain foul or surface water, or both, from premises, and are not vested in a Sewerage Undertaker;

Moderate sedation means a drug-induced depression of consciousness during which patients respond purposefully to verbal commands, either alone or accompanied by light tactile stimulation.
