Private Pool definition

Private Pool means any constructed pool, permanent or non-portable, that serves a single-family dwelling and is used only by the residents of that dwelling and their guests.

Private Pool means any outdoor private swimming pool or hot tub, whether above or below the ground, containing water for the purpose of swimming, wading or immersion of human beings;

Private Pool means any pool which is constructed in connection with or appurtenant to single family dwellings, condominiums or apartment houses, and which is used solely by the persons maintaining their residence within such.

Any multiple beneficial ownership pool that is approved private shall remain so until the owners notify the Division that the pool no longer meets all of the above criteria. These Regulations shall not apply to private pools.
