Private Line definition

Private Line means a dedicated, non-traffic sensitive, service for a single customer that entitles the customer to the exclusive or priority use of a communications channel or group of channels from one or more specified locations to one or more specified locations.
Private Line. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $3,346.20 for 100 Mbps Ethernet Access. The Company will waive the non-recurring charges associated with this Ethernet Access. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $21,225 for Sonet OC48 – Linear and 2.5 G ▇▇▇ U.S. Private Line Service based on mileage band between 2 CLLI code pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and the Company, limited to one circuit.
