Private Debentures definition

Private Debentures means the $824,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Depositor's 8.205% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due January 1, 2027, issued pursuant to the Indenture on the Closing Date.
Private Debentures has the meaning specified in the third recital to this First Supplemental Indenture.
Private Debentures means those $15,000,000 in principal amount outstanding of 5.00% convertible senior subordinated debentures due 2003 issued by Enterprises under that certain debenture purchase agreement dated as of March 19, 1993 among Enterprises, TPIR, as guarantor and the purchasers named therein.

Private Debentures means the Depositor's 8 1/8% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due September 1, 2031, issued pursuant to the Indenture in the initial aggregate principal amount of $309,300,000 on the initial Closing Date.

  • 2011 Notes means those certain notes issued pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 22, 2011 among the Company and the purchasers named in Schedule A thereto.

  • Series B Debentures means the $200 million aggregate principal amount of 4.903% Series B senior unsecured debentures of the Trust due July 5, 2023.

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.

  • Bridge Notes means the series of notes, of which this Note is a part, dated on or about the date hereof, each of which are identical, other than the date of the Note, identity of the Holder and principal amount of this Note.

  • 2012 Notes means the 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued by the Issuer on July 2, 2012.

  • 2013 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$345,000,000 of 5.00% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2013 issued pursuant to the 2013 Note Indenture.

  • Other Debentures means all junior subordinated debentures issued by the Guarantor from time to time and sold to trusts to be established by the Guarantor (if any), in each case similar to the Issuer.

  • 2028 Notes means those 6.500% Senior Notes due 2028 issued by the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000 pursuant to the 2028 Notes Documents.

  • DTC Notes means the Notes cleared, settled and maintained on the DTC System, registered in the name of a nominee of DTC and substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto. The Notes will be DTC Notes at issuance.

  • Public Notes means the Notes that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the securities laws of any other jurisdiction. As of the Closing Date, the Public Notes include the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes, other than any Notes held by the Depositor (or any other entity whose separate existence from the Trust is disregarded for federal income tax purposes).
