Private Collection Service definition

Private Collection Service means any collection service other than the regional collection service.
Private Collection Service means a collection service which is not operated by the Contractor for the District, and includes any commercial containerized collection service or a Commercial Waste collection service.
Private Collection Service means a collection service that is not operated by the Contractor for the District, and in addition to service to residences outside of the Service Areas includes any commercial containerized collection service or Trade Waste collection service.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.
