PRIVATE BIN COLLECTION SERVICE means any automated collection or semi- automated collection of solid waste or recyclables by means of bins, other than the bin collection service provided by the City pursuant to this bylaw.
PRIVATE BIN COLLECTION SERVICE. - means any automated collection or semi- automated collection of solid waste by means of solid waste bins, other than the City bin collection service.
