Privacy Impact Assessment definition

Privacy Impact Assessment means an assessment that is conducted to determine if a proposed enactment, system, project, programme or activity meets the requirements of the General Privacy Principles of section 6;
Privacy Impact Assessment or “PIA” means an assessment that is conducted by a public body to determine if a current or proposed enactment, system, project, program or activity meets or will meet the requirements of part 3 of FIPPA.
Privacy Impact Assessment means the process to determine whether new systems, programs, initiatives, strategies or proposals meet the privacy and security requirements of the B.C.
