Pritzker means the Pritzker family members, who are the lineal descendants of Nicholas J. Pritzker, deceased, and spouses or surviving spouses of such descendants, any trust that is a Permitted Transferee of any of the foregoing, and any other Person that is a Permitted Transferee of any of the foregoing.
