Prior Trustees definition

Prior Trustees means the Series 1996 Trustee and the Series 1997 Trustee.
Prior Trustees means (i) U.S. Bank, National Association, as the trustee for the Water Facilities Revenue Refunding Bonds (Middlesex Water Company Project) Series 1993-B and the Water Facilities Revenue Bonds (Middlesex Water Company Project) Series 1993-C; and (ii) The Bank of New York Mellon as trustee for the other Prior Bonds.
