Prior Security Agreement definition

Prior Security Agreement means a security agreement entered into before the coming into force of this section and includes any security agreement that is amended, renewed or extended by an agreement that is entered into on or after the coming into force of this section;
Prior Security Agreement means that certain Security Agreement, effective as of September 21, 2009, by and between the Payor and the Lacey RRSP Account. Words of one gender include the other gender; the singular includes the plural; and the plural includes the singular, unless the context otherwise requires.
