Prior Employer Elective Contribution Account definition

Prior Employer Elective Contribution Account means the portion of a Participant’s Individual Account attributable to Prior Employer Elective Contributions which were transferred into the Plan, together with the Adjustments thereto.
Prior Employer Elective Contribution Account means the portion of a Participant's Individual Account attributable to Prior Employer Elective Contributions which were transferred into the Plan from another Puerto Rico qualified plan, together with the Adjustments thereto.
