Prior Business definition

Prior Business means the New Jersey Personal Business issued prior to the Nonrenewal Date and all endorsements issued on such Business prior to and during the Nonrenewal Period.
Prior Business means the Business issued on or prior to the Nonrenewal Date and all endorsements issued by OCNJ on such Business prior to and during the Nonrenewal Period.
Prior Business shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.03(c) hereof.
