This Bond is transferable by the registered owner hereof, in person, or by its attorney duly authorized in writing, at the Principal Trust Office of the Trustee, but only in the manner, subject to the limitations and upon payment of the charges provided in the Indenture, and upon surrender and cancellation of this Bond.
Subject to the limitations and upon payment of the charges, if any, provided in the Indenture, Bonds may be exchanged at the Principal Trust Office of the Trustee, for a like aggregate principal amount of Bonds of other Authorized Denominations.
The Certificate may be exchanged at the Principal Trust Office, for a like aggregate principal amount of Certificates of other authorized denominations of the same maturity.
As long as any of the Bonds issued hereunder shall remain outstanding, the Trustee shall maintain and keep at the Principal Trust Office, as paying agent, an office or agency for the payment of the principal of and interest on such Bonds, as in this Indenture provided, and for the registration and transfer of such Bonds, and shall also keep at said Principal Trust Office records of such registration and transfer.
The registration of each Certificate shall be transferable only upon the Certificate Register, which shall be kept for that purpose at the Principal Trust Office of the Trustee, upon surrender thereof together with a written instrument of transfer satisfactory to the Trustee duly executed by the Owner or his duly authorized attorney.
The principal and redemption price of the Series 2020 Bonds shall be payable to the registered owner upon presentation at the Principal Trust Office in such coin or currency of the United States of America as may be, on the respective dates of payment thereof, legal tender for the payment of public and private debts, and interest on Series 2020 Bonds shall be paid by check or draft mailed to the registered owner at his/her registered address.
The principal and premium, if any, with respect to all Certificates shall be payable at the Principal Trust Office of the Trustee.
The principal and prepayment price with respect to the Certificate at maturity or upon prior prepayment shall be payable by check denominated in lawful money of the United States of America upon surrender of the Certificate at the Principal Trust Office.
The Issuer does hereby appoint the Trustee, and its successors in the trust from time to time, as its agent to maintain said office and agency at the Principal Trust Office.
