Principal Sharing Series definition

Principal Sharing Series means a Series that, pursuant to the Supplement therefor, is entitled to receive Shared Principal Collections.
Principal Sharing Series means a Series that, pursuant to the Indenture Supplement therefor, is entitled to receive Shared Principal Collections.
Principal Sharing Series means a Series that, pursuant to the related Indenture Supplement therefor, is entitled to receive Shared Principal Collections within a specified Principal Sharing Group from other Series in the same Principal Sharing Group, as more specifically set forth in such Indenture Supplement.

More Definitions of Principal Sharing Series

Principal Sharing Series means a Series that, pursuant to the Indenture Supplement therefor, is entitled to receive Shared Principal Collections. If so specified in the Indenture Supplement for a Group of Series, each such Series may be Principal Sharing Series only for the other Series in such Group.

"Principal Terms" shall mean, with respect to any Series, (i) the name or designation; (ii) the initial principal amount (or method for calculating such amount), the Invested Amount, the Series Invested Amount and the Required Series Transferor Amount, (iii) the Security Rate (or method for the determination thereof); (iv) the payment date or dates and the date or dates from which interest shall accrue; (v) the method for allocating Collections to Investor Securityholders; (vi) the designation of any Series Accounts and the terms governing the operation of any such Series Accounts; (vii) the Servicing Fee; (viii) the terms of any form of Series Enhancements with respect thereto; (ix) the terms on which the Investor Securities of such Series may be exchanged for Investor Securities of another Series, repurchased by the Transferor or remarketed to other investors; (x) the Series Termination Date; (xi) the number of Classes of Investor Securities of such Series and, if more than one Class, the rights and priorities of each such Class; (xii) the extent to which the Investor Securities of such Series will be issuable in temporary or permanent global form (and, in such case, the depositary for such global security or securities, the terms and conditions, if any, upon which such global security may be exchanged, in whole or in part, for Definitive Securities, and the manner in which any interest payable on a temporary or global security will be paid); (xiii) whether the Investor Securities of such Series may be issued in bearer form and any limitations imposed thereon; (xiv) the priority of such Series with respect to any other Series; (xv) whether such Series will be part of a Group; (xvi) whether such Series will be a Principal Sharing Series, (xvii) whether such Series will be an Excess Allocation Series, (xviii) the Distribution Date for such Series, and (xix) any other terms of such Series.
Principal Sharing Series means, for purposes of Series 2010-1, any Certificate Series outstanding under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and any outstanding Series in Group One.

  • Series Principal Shortfall means with respect to any Transfer Date, the excess, if any, of (a) (i) with respect to any Transfer Date relating to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Controlled Deposit Amount for such Transfer Date, and (ii) with respect to any Transfer Date during the Rapid Amortization Period, the Adjusted Investor Interest over (b) the Investor Principal Collections minus the Reallocated Principal Collections for such Transfer Date.

  • Cumulative Series Principal Shortfall means the sum of the Series Principal Shortfalls (as such term is defined in each of the related Series Supplements) for each Series in Group One.

  • Class A Note Principal Shortfall means, as of the close of any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount on that distribution date, over • the amount of principal actually distributed or allocated to the class A noteholders or deposited into the accumulation account on that distribution date.

  • Daily Principal Shortfall means, on any date of determination, the excess of the Group One Monthly Principal Payment for the Monthly Period relating to such date over the month to date amount of Collections processed in respect of Principal Receivables for such Monthly Period allocable to investor certificates of all outstanding Series in Group One, not subject to reallocation, which are on deposit or to be deposited in the Principal Account on such date.

  • Matured Principal Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date and for any Class of Notes which would have a remaining principal balance greater than zero on such Distribution Date, after taking into account the payment of all other principal amounts to such Class on such Distribution Date and as to which such Distribution Date is either the Final Scheduled Distribution Date for such Class, or a Distribution Date subsequent to such Final Scheduled Distribution Date, the remaining principal balance of such Class on such Distribution Date after taking into account the payment of all other principal amounts to such Class on such Distribution Date.

  • Collateral Shortfall Amount is defined in Section 8.1.

  • Series Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the numerator used in determining the Allocation Percentage for Finance Charge Collections for that Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the sum of the numerators used in determining the Allocation Percentage for Finance Charge Collections for all outstanding Series on such date of determination; provided that if one or more Reset Dates occur in a Monthly Period, the Series Allocation Percentage for the portion of the Monthly Period falling on and after each such Reset Date and prior to any subsequent Reset Date will be determined using a denominator which is equal to the sum of the numerators used in determining the Allocation Percentage for Finance Charge Collections for all outstanding Series as of the close of business on the subject Reset Date.

  • Investor Interest Collections means, for a Deposit Date or Collection Period, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Floating Investor Percentage for the related Collection Period, times (b) the Interest Collections for that Deposit Date or Collection Period, as applicable.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Class A-P Collection Shortfall With respect to the Cash Liquidation or REO Disposition of a Discount Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the excess of the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(1) over the amount described in Section 4.02(b)(i)(C)(2).

  • Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series2023-3 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2023-3 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Offered Subordinate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Investor Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the aggregate amount retained in the Collection Account for Series 2007-A pursuant to Section 4.01(c)(ii) for such Monthly Period.

  • Reallocated Class B Principal Collections means, with respect to any Transfer Date, Collections of Principal Receivables applied in accordance with subsection 4.12(a) in an amount not to exceed the product of (a) the Class B Investor Allocation with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (b) the Investor Percentage with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date and (c) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables with respect to the Monthly Period relating to such Transfer Date; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the Class B Investor Interest after giving effect to any Class B Investor Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date.
